PowerPoint Demonstrations For Windows/NT/2000/XP

Print this page. It contains instructions for downloading and installing demos.

These demos require a PC running Windows 98 or newer. They are about 2-4 megabytes and will require a few minutes to download, depending on the speed of your connection.

Demos available are:

Download Microsoft's Latest PowerPoint Viewer

Click on the appropriate selection. Save the file to a directory on your machine. The files are about 2-4 Megabytes per demonstration. Make a note of the directory where the file was saved.

To run the PowerPoint demonstration, Select: Start/Programs/Microsoft PowerPoint.

Open the selected presentation and press F-5 to start it.

Use the page up and down keys to move through the demonstration. Press the Escape key to exit the demonstration.

To remove the presentation file, merely select it, right click and delete it.
